Fatal Crash North of Duluth

A logging truck and sedan were involved in the collision

Duluth, Minn. – A logging truck and a car collided near the intersection of Arnold and Normanna roads, about 10 miles North of Duluth.  The accident happened at about 3pm this afternoon.  Emergency officials have confirmed one fatality.  Another minor passenger has been taken to St. Mary’s.  That individual’s condition has not been released.

A portion of Normanna Road is closed at this time as crews work to clear the scene and investigate the cause of the accident.
