Pop Up Shops are returning for the holiday season.
Six New retail businesses will be in Downtown Duluth starting Small Business Saturday, which is on November 28th. The businesses were chosen through an application process.
The Pop-up Shop tradition is put on by the Greater Downtown Council, in partnership with downtown property owners.
