Duluth City Council, Mayoral Candidates Host Final Forum

Monday night was the last chance for Duluthians to hear from city council and mayoral candidates about where they stand on the big issues, particularly on ending poverty.

More affordable housing and improved transportation needs were also on the list.

“It’s very important because Duluth is headed for a change. So we need to target each community and make sure all needs are met all the way across the board and show no favoritism from the east to the west,” said Karen Perry, with True North AmeriCorps.

Election day is two weeks away.
