Historic Truss Bridge is Up for Grabs

Sorry, this video is no longer available

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is giving away a bridge free of charge, for relocation, rehabilitation, and preservation.

The historic truss bridge was built in 1910, and is about 77 feet long and 19 feet wide.  Limited money may be available from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to assist in the removal of the bridge from its current location.

The bridge’s recipient must agree to move the bridge to a suitable location and assume all legal and financial obligations that come with it.
