Dunkin’ Donuts Opens in Superior

The doors are open and the donuts are on sale on Tower Avenue in Superior.

Dunkin’ Donuts officially opened its second Northland location on Tuesday.

General Manager Pat Messina said business was steady throughout the morning and into the afternoon.

The biggest draws for customers were the coffee and donuts, according to Messina,.

He said employees came into work Monday night, and made over 6,000 donuts in preparation for the first day of business.

Messina also noted the new restaurant is currently employing more than 50 workers and more than 300 applications were turned in. 

In addition to donuts and coffee, the restaurant will also be selling breakfast and lunch sandwiches and other baked goods.
