Carlton man Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The winner of the May 19 $1 million Powerball ticket has officially claimed the at the Lottery’s Roseville office.
The winner is Carlton resident Robert Lockman.
Lockman claimed his prize on Friday June 22.
The Minit Mart in Carlton where the ticket was purchased will receive a $5,000 bonus.
