Sidewalk Days will Take to the Streets of Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. — Grab your sunscreen and head downtown tomorrow for the kickoff of the annual Sidewalk Days event.

This is downtown Duluth’s biggest summer shopping festival of the year showcasing nearly 100 vendors and attracting more than four thousand residents and tourists each year.

The 3-day event will take place along superior street from lake avenue to 5th avenue west and will feature live entertainment, food, music, and family-friendly fun.

President of the GDC Kristi Stokes, stated, “this is something that I think a lot of businesses look forward to. It’s a great way to interact with the community in a way that they don’t typically by being out on the street and just having that community spirit come alive. I think its just important because it draws a spotlight on our downtown and our businesses and it provides something fun for everybody to enjoy.”
