Preview: Dog Found Starving To Death Gets New Home, Improving Health

DULUTH, Minn. —  A dog named Tuffy who was featured on FOX 21 has landed his new family after being found starving to death in Cloquet in February.

Owner Chandelle Cannon of Duluth said Tuffy continues to gain weight, is much more energetic and is even down to one medication for his gallbladder.

“I thought about fostering, but I was going to wait until my kids are older. But it’s been a really rewarding experience to just be able to give him a good home for hopefully a few more years,” Cannon said.
