54th Annual Homes on Parade Continues

13 Homes are on display this year.

The Arrowhead Builders Association and Marvin Windows are hosting the 54th annual Homes on Parade event, through Sunday.

The event  gives home buyers and curious browsers a chance to see local building trends. This year’s builders are showcasing homes in a variety of neighborhoods including; Duluth, Hermantown and Esko.

Potential homeowners are welcome to tour the 13 homes, meet local contractors and view the latest trends.

Even though it’s open to the public, they prefer people who have building and remodeling on the mind.

“We try to tailor the marketing to that, so we don’t have a lot of giveaways, free this, free that. We really want to bring it down to people who are looking for houses and ideas,” said Matt Boo, a Homes on Parade committee member.
