Area Family Going to Disney World Through Make-A-Wish Foundation

A Duluth-area girl was granted a wish, Monday night. 

Three year old Riah was born with a heart condition that required surgery the week she was born. 

With more surgeries in the young girl’s future, the Make-A-Wish foundation decided to grant her a Wish.

Make-A-Wish teamed with Vista-Fleet and several area restaurants including Grandma’s Saloon, and Pretty Princess Parties to reveal the trip to Riah and her family.

Following a horse-drawn carriage ride, Riah was taken for a trip on the Vista Star and entertained in a Disney themed party complete with pizza and cake.  

Riah’s family will be travelling to Disney World in Florida in late October.
