ALBANY, Ga. — A Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) undergoes depot-level rebuild at Production Plant Albany, Marine Depot Maintenance Command. Skilled artisans and maintainers disassemble, inspect, repair and reassemble the vehicle as part of a comprehensive overhaul process designed to restore performance, extend service life and ensure the platform returns to the Fleet Marine Force fully mission capable. Through the Public-Private Partnership with Oshkosh Defense, the process will be further optimized through enhanced technical integration, improved parts availability and shared best practices, increasing efficiency, throughput and long-term sustainment readiness.
Through its participation as an original equipment manufacturer, Oshkosh Defense will provide validated technical data that enables approved parts to be manufactured at the point of need using secure, configuration-controlled processes. The effort supports faster repairs, reduces downtime, and enhances operational availability for critical military fleets.

By enabling authorized local production of critical components while safeguarding intellectual property, DMX offers a more resilient approach to maintenance and sustainment.
