Local educators came together Thursday to help create a better learning experience for students.

More than 200 northeastern Minnesota superintendents, administrators and teachers from nearly 30 districts attended the regional Early Childhood Summit in Duluth.

“When people leave today, we want them to have some new ideas, new strategies, new enthusiasm for going back to their schools,” Northland Foundation Vice President Lynn Haglin said.

This was the event’s 9th year put on by the Northland Foundation.
