After about seven months, he tells FOX 21 things are going well.
For this week’s Cooking Connection, Landon, and his manager Kyle, show us how to cook and carve a brisket.
Kyle tells us we should cover the whole piece of meat in rub and smoke it for about 14 hours.
He also displayed what fat to cut and what to keep.
