Turkey Ciabatta with Restaurant 301

For this week’s Cooking Connection, Tom Malone, the executive chef for Restaurant 301, taught William Seay how to make the Turkey Ciabatta sandwich on their lunch menu.
Ingredients:
-Ciabatta roll
-Turkey breast
-Wild rice flour
-Cranberry relish
-Smoked Gouda cheese
-Thyme mayo
Directions:
-Set oven to 375
-Bread turkey breast with wild rice flour
-Brown turkey in canola oil in pan, then bake in oven for around 10 minutes
-Toast ciabatta bread
-Spread cranberry relish on turkey breast
-Put back in oven to melt cheese
-Spread mayo on bun and place turkey on bun
