Brunch Menu – Poached Eggs and Italian Sausage Gravy
-Heat 6 oz. of heavy cream
-Add desired amount of Italian sausage
-Add eggs to cream to poach
-Add a touch of paprika
-Cover until eggs are poached
-Once cooked, pour eggs and gravy over lightly grilled, or toasted, fococcia bread
-Sprinkle chopped chives over the top
