Smoked Ribs
-Set oven to 400 degrees
-Segment your smoked ribs
-Make honey/sriracha sauce: 3 parts honey to one par sriracha, shake
-Layer segmented ribs on tin foil in baking pan
-Coat ribs in honey/sriracha sauce
-Place raw onions on ribs
-Place sauerkraut on top
-Pour .25 to .5 can of beer on top
-Fold tin foil so everything is enclosed
-Put in oven for about 40 minutes
