Proctor Winter Frolic

    The Proctor Winter Frolic took place Saturday afternoon. The event was put on by Proctor Chamber of Commerce and members of the community were able to make the most of the Northland and learn to embrace the winter season. 

Saturday’s activities included sledding, dog sledding for kids and educational workshops from Positive Energy Outdoors.
