Duluth Public Library’s Mount Royal Branch Celebrates Reopening
The library will be celebrating this whole week.
After months of construction Duluth Public Library’s Mount Royal branch is finally open. This week they are celebrating the reopening with events for all ages.
Monday’s event included artists from 321 Studio helping kids create their own masterpieces. Older generations are also celebrating the reopening that they waited so long for.
“When I was at Main and West, Mount Royal patrons would come in to both those places inquiring constantly about when will we reopen,” said Paul Griffin, the Senior Library Technician.
The library said that it has been busy since the reopening.
For the adults that may have been jealous of the children Monday, Friday the library is hosting “Color Your Cares Away” for adults.
