City of Superior Drops Mask Mandate

Masks

SUPERIOR, Wis. —  The Superior City Council voted Tuesday night to immediately lift the city’s mask mandate.

Councilor Craig Sutherland said it was a unanimous decision by councilors.

This comes as the state of Wisconsin hasn’t had a mask mandate for more than a month, and after the CDC announced last week that fully vaccinated people can stop wearing masks and stop social distancing from others.
