DULUTH Minn.– A Duluth Country Club is teeing up to support Aspirus St. Lukes.
The 41st Annual Benefit Tournament kicked off today at the Northland Country Club. They had a variety of activities including golf, pickleball, and croquet. Their mission is to raise funds, but to also have fun at the same time. The funds go towards things ranging from creating wigs, to upgrading imaging technology.
“It brings together a lot of our St Lukes Foundation friends, and family and sponsors,” said St. Luke’s Executive Director Katherine Carter Huber. “All in support of our unrestricted grants program. Where our physicians, and employees can ask for grants that really focus on patient comfort and compassion.”
For 40 years, this benefit has provided more than 1.2 million dollars in support of the Aspirus St Lukes unrestricted grants program.
