Tenants Report Piles Of Trash In Lincoln Park Apartments Bldg.; Owner Responds

DULUTH, Minn. —  Tenants of the Lincoln Park Apartments, formerly a middle school, are not happy with growing trash in and outside the building.

When FOX 21 reached out to the building’s owner, Sherman Associates, a representative sent the following statement:

“Sherman Associates values its residents and strives to provide quality housing. We work with a third party management company to operate this property and were unaware of these conditions. Together, with the management company, we are working to remedy the situation and understand the cause.”

FOX 21 also contacted a spokesperson for Mayor Roger Reinert’s office who said the city’s Life Safety team will be investigating and getting in contact with the landlord.
