Former Boxing Coach Launches Summer Boot Camp

SUPERIOR, Wis. – A new work-out program, Building Champions, is launching to box your body into shape this summer in Superior — and you don’t need to be a professional boxer.

It’s called “Building Champions Boxing Boot Camp Workout.”

Former boxing coach, John D’Auria, is behind the new venture, offering a 12-week boot camp at the Salvation Army’s basketball gym.

“There will be no boxing equipment. There’ll be no gym or anything like that. It’s a workout program for anyone 12 and up to come in, get in shape and just feel better about themselves,” said D’Auria.

This sessions will run every Monday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. starting June 9.

The cost is $5 per visit.

Anyone 12 years and older are encouraged to join the boot camp.   All you have to do is show up.
