Solvay Hospice House reopens after pause for MNA strike
DULUTH, Min. – Essentia Health and the Miller Dwan Foundation is resuming hospice patient care at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth.
The facility had temporarily suspended services as a result of the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) strike.
Starting Thursday, July 31 Solvay Hospice House will reopen and be ready to provide hospice care.
Solvay will welcome residential hospice patients and continue to accept patients meeting Solvay’s eligibility criteria.
