Recipe for what to do with Leftover Pasta

Carbonara Skillet

-Chop and cook desired amount of bacon in skillet

-Take bacon out of skillet and leave desired amount of grease

-Put leftover pasta in skillet to cook. Try to not move it around.

-Add shredded mozzarella cheese to melt on pasta

-Put cooked bacon on top of cheese

-Cook eggs (fried, scrambled, whatever you prefer) in separate skillet

-Put pasta dish in bowl

-Add eggs right on top

-Add salt, pepper, parmesan to taste
