For this week’s Cooking Connection, FOX Sunrise worked with Tom Malone, executive chef for Restaurant 301.

He made a dinner item on their menu.

It’s seared Atlantic salmon with toasted spinach and goat cheese polenta cake, pineapple, grilled peach salsa and grilled virgin olive oil yellow squash and zucchini.
