News Signs Improve Safety at Intersection

Safety improvements have been installed at a well-known intersection: Highway 33 and Interstate 35 in Cloquet.
Minnesota Department of Transportation installed a sign letting motorists know how fast they’re going.
They also decreased the advised speed to 45 MPH instead of 50 MPH at the intersection.
To reduce visual clutter, they also got rid of some signs along Highway 33.
It’s all part of the state’s plan towards zero deaths.
