For this week’s Active Adventures, FOX 21’s Kay White tries out high jump.
Tim Visina, assistant track coach at Duluth East, gave White a lesson in the sport.
They set a goal of four feet, but you’ll have to watch to see if she made it!
Four feet is the entry level jump height for female high school athletes.
