With UMD graduation just a few days away, students are getting excited for the next step.
A group of sorority sisters spent their last days as college students decorating their graduation caps, some with memories of their years in Duluth, others with representations of their new jobs or cities they will be moving to.
UMD Senior Alexa Fletcher explained, “We all like to stand out, we all like to feel recognized, and I think this is a great way to kind of just be noticed at graduation among the sea of people that are graduating.”
The commencement ceremony is Saturday, at the DECC at 10 a.m.
