Home Show For Property Managers In The Twin Ports

     The first Annual Minnesota Multi- Housing Agency Trade Show  had a good turn out of vendors, tentants and landlords. The event is run by The Minnesota Multi- Housing Agency as a non-profit organization, which promotes a higher standard of management, maintenance and development for leased properties.

 The housing show offered classes, featured guest speakers and plenty of info packets.Topics of discussion included: low income housing, background checks and state rental laws.Many vendors see this outreach as a fantastic opportunity for Duluth and The Twin Ports.

“A lot of the folks working out of the 9 metro area aren’t aware of to legally run their properties,” guest speaker, Tony Kerels said.
