Jury Finds Duluth Man Guilty In August Murder

DULUTH, Minn. — A 25-year-old man has been found guilty for his involvement in the death of one person and injuring another in August.

The St. Louis County Attorney’s Office says on Thursday, Brandon Capone Williams-Gillard was found guilty of Aiding and Abetting Second Degree Murder, Aiding and Abetting Second Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Drive by Shooting.

Authorities say on August 2, 2023, Williams-Gillard fired shots from a vehicle on the 2500 block of West 2nd Street causing the death of Paris Kadin Allen and injuring Caleb Reinolt-Nemec.

The case of another man charged in the matter, Sanussi Bangoura, remains pending.

Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date according to the Attorney’s Office.
