Community Members Have Lunch With the History People

It's a Program That Has Been Going On for 15 Years

Northlanders had the chance to have Lunch with the History People.

It’s an event that’s been going on for around 15 years, put on by the St. Louis County Historical Society. A few times a year, the Historical society invites speakers to teach a little piece of Northland History. Today the topic was all about the History of Baseball in the Northland.

“What a wonderful way to listen to a good speaker, a variety of topics, and our history is extremely interesting,” said Joanne Coombe, the Executive Director at the St. Louis County Historical Society.

The event was held at the Depot, and attendees were invited to bring their own bagged lunches.
