‘Superior Meats’ Prepares For Statewide Competition

The oh-so-popular Superior Meats is entering a big competition this weekend in Middleton at the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors Convention. 

It’s an annual event where butcher shops get their products up on display to be scored in categories like taste, texture and aroma. 

There is a statewide and nationwide meat competition, but Superior Meats manager Mike Cregin says the Wisconsin show is the biggest.    

Superior Meats, as you probably already know, is not shy from accepting awards over the years.
