The University of Wisconsin System held a “Listening Session” in Superior, Tuesday night.
University officials, including system president Ray Cross, were on hand for an interactive meeting in UW-Superior’s Yellowjacket Union.
The event is one of 14 diffeent meetings across the state officials are using to understand how the public views the state, the university and the future of the two.
President Cross said the event also gives the university system a chance to learn how they can improve and what services the public believes should be offered.
There are several more listening sessions on the university’s calendar, the next sessions will be October 14, at UW-Eau Claire and October 21, at UW-Parkside.
