Monaco Air Duluth is in the process of building a new Executive Terminal and US Customs general Aviation Facility.
The 4 million dollar building will have a separate US customs clearance area which will allow private air crafts to complete customs at the facility rather than at the airline.
The business is expanding, and they also needed more space to handle international tech stops, which they specialize in.
The new facility will also have an executive terminal with modern amenities for passengers and crews of private jets.
The new construction started in June, and the project is estimated to be completed in February of next year.
