It was a very chilly morning for many areas in Northeast Minnesota, Primarily north of Highway 2. Temperatures managed to drastically crash last night as a cold air mass settled overhead with calming winds and clear skies. Snowfall began this morning in North Central Minnesota and then advanced into Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin.
