SILVER BAY, Minn.-Northshore Mining will be getting a huge upgrade in the near future. A spokeswoman for Cleveland-Cliffs said they will invest $75 million dollars into the plant, so it can produce 2.4 million tons of hot briquette pellets that can be used in electric arc furnaces.
