Duluth Council gave the go-ahead to begin looking at designs for reconstructing the aging seawall and the surrounding greenspace from the Slip to Bayfront.

Irvin 5K Finish/Start Line To Be Slightly Narrowed During Seawall Work

DULUTH, Minn.- Meanwhile the William A. Irvin’s course will be slightly narrowed near the start and finish line this year.
