VEGETABLE RISOTTO

  • Dice onion
  • Smash and mince garlic
  • Sautee onions in butter
  • Add garlic when onions are translucent
  • Cook desired vegetables in separate pan
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add bario rice
  • Add white wine
  • Add vegetable stock
  • Add vegtables to risotto
