VEGETABLE RISOTTO
- Dice onion
- Smash and mince garlic
- Sautee onions in butter
- Add garlic when onions are translucent
- Cook desired vegetables in separate pan
- Add salt and pepper
- Add bario rice
- Add white wine
- Add vegetable stock
- Add vegtables to risotto
