Person in Custody After Three Hurt in Hit & Run Accident in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. – One person is in custody after allegedly striking three people with a vehicle in downtown Duluth early Saturday morning. No Wake Zones Lifted on Rainy Lake, Voyageurs National Park
